For Continental Portugal we use fixed transport rates of €75 on orders of less than €500.
For Continental Portugal on orders above €500 the transport fee is FREE. For Azores, Madeira and international orders, transport is at the customer’s expense. The delivery time depends on the place of delivery.

ANTARTE FURNITURE WARRANTIES?
The warranty conditions against defects are:
Free after-sales service when the product presents manufacturing or finishing defects, transportation damage and others. It is possible in certain situations to exchange for a new piece of furniture, or to collect and repair it in a short time.
The following defects are not included in the warranty:
- The improper or negligent use of the furniture, which can cause irrecoverable damages, so we advise to take care of your furniture properly;
- Avoid contact with water/humidity, heat and grease;
- Do not expose the furniture to high humidity and temperature variations;
- Change in the colour of the furniture over time, due to oxidation of the finishing products;
- Normal wear of furniture and natural variations that occur in wood, textiles and furs;
- Other acts, which include the exchange of users of the Antarte furniture;
Products not covered by Antarte’s warranty:
- Mattresses (consult Antarte stores for the length of warranty for their mattresses);
- Furniture fittings (covered by a 2 year warranty);
- Textiles and other accessories (marketed in our stores have a 2-year warranty);
- Sofas and chairs (have a 2-year warranty);
Products on display in the stores with immediate sale and delivery:
- In the sale of furniture, on display in stores, which already benefit from a special discount due to its condition, Antarte does not offer warranties on the aspects by which the furniture obtained the discount.
All other Warranty conditions already mentioned are valid.

Through 3D projects, Antarte gives you a three-dimensional and intelligent view of the space of your home for free.

With our models, we help you to create customized environments and to the taste of each customer.
To our proposals for furniture and sofas, we bring together a wide range of decor accessories – rugs, lighting, wallpaper, curtains, etc. – to make your home a unique and harmonious space.
If you want to make the 3D project viable, you will have to send to firstname.lastname@example.org a plan of the house or the environment to be furnished, attaching the following elements:
- Mention the scale of the plan or drawing with measurements;
- List of furniture that the customer wants;
- Light points, TV inputs, radiators, etc;
- Colour of walls and colour of furniture;
- Location of property.
